Our Progress
After years of dreaming and planning for the permanent facilities for Esperanza Viva Youth Home, it is now becoming a reality!

The first phase of construction is completed, including the first children´s dormitory; basketball court; soccer field; public restrooms; temporary school; and the multi-purpose building which currently houses the temporary kitchen, laundromat, carpentry/maintenance workshop, and Life to the Nations print shop.

We are excited to see the children living in their permanent home at the Living Hope Community! At the same time, it is urgent that we continue building, because at this point, each of the buildings is being used for multiple purposes to accommodate all the ministry´s needs. Our offices are temporarily occupying rooms of the dormitory, meaning we do not have the space to take in more needy children.

Our planning and fundraising continues for the next buildings, and we need to begin construction on the staff housing as soon as possible.

If you would like to help us forge ahead with building the Living Hope Community, we invite you to deepen your partnership. You can bring a work team to help with construction or give to the building fund at any time. Your participation moves us closer to completing the Living Hope Community, including the staff housing, permanent school building, permanent kitchen & dining hall, and much more.
